Before placing an order, we recommend reading the Buyer's Rules in the Guides section.

Browsing and Selecting a Product

Navigate to the Categories section to find the product you need.

Browse through the listings and click on the product you wish to order. Products may be listed as either normal listings or bulk listings.

In normal listings, the quantity and price are fixed. For example, in the image below, the price of 50 pills for $110, selecting a quantity of 2 means you will receive 100 pills and pay $220.

In bulk listings, the pricing improves as the quantity increases, meaning you may get a better deal when ordering in larger amounts. For example, in the image below, the price for 1g to 2g is $21.66, while for 3g to 4g, it drops to $10.83.

Say you want 25g of the product. Instead of placing five separate orders of 5g each, you can customize the quantity within the 20g to 49g listing by selecting 25g.

This allows you to order at a better price. You can select the best pricing based on your requirements. Finally, choose the postage method and click "Add to Cart".

Reviewing Your Cart

Click on the Cart icon at the top right corner to review your selected items.

Confirm the quantity and postage method, and if necessary, add a message to the vendor in the Order Note box. Always use PGP encryption for sharing sensitive information.

Making a Payment

If you have deposited BTC/XMR into your marketplace wallet, you can pay using your balance.

Otherwise, you can use the Walletless Payment feature to make a direct transaction. Click "Checkout" to proceed with the payment.

Completing the Payment

Complete the payment within 30 minutes to avoid order cancellation.

Use the provided QR code or manually send the exact amount to the specified wallet address. Ensure you send the correct amount to prevent transaction issues.

Tracking Your Order Status

You can check your order status and updates in the Purchases section of the User Panel. For any issues or questions, contact support.
